Jim Ovia Foundation donates to schools, students

Youth Empowerment and ICT Foundation, an initiative of Jim Ovia Foundation recently in Lagos donated over 500 computers to not fewer than 300 schools in Nigeria and over 150 laptops with one year free internet access to students. Also, more than 1000 Blackberry and Android smartphones were given to students that pre-registered online for the event.

Jim Ovia ICT Foundation to sponsor NCS scholarship programme

Jim Ovia, chairman and founder of Zenith Bank Plc, declared at Nigeria Information Technology Award (NITMA) 2015 that Jim Ovia ICT Foundation will henceforth sponsor the Nigeria Computer Society (NCS) scholarship programmes for the members.NCS has previously instituted the scholarship programme to assist members pursue critical research programmes for the betterment of the industry.
